Outsourcing: 80-90% of FP&A activities can be effectively outsourced. The technical and process-related activities can be outsourced (e.g. reporting, modelling, running the monthly and quarterly processes). On the other hand, the business partnering activities require in-house resources.

Efficiency: FP&A is a specific skill, hard to find and recruit. Once this skill is available it creates great efficiency in reporting, planning, forecasting, analysis and modelling. We offer best-in-class skills and experience.

Scalability: even to start, senior FP&A experience is needed, which is a large investment. We offer part time availability of our senior FP&A.

Cost: we offer cost benefits in two ways. On one hand, having experienced people with strong technical skills less man-days are needed for the same outcome. On the other hand, our people are located in the eastern countries of the European Union, enabling us to offer competitive day-rates.

Strategic choices: on top of running base processes, our senior colleagues are experienced in framing strategic dilemmas – with data, facts and options – enabling the alignment of your management.

Software: we are software independent. We apply knowledge with the software of your choice, or we use our existing licences to provide benefits to your company. Our experience covers ERPs (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics / Business Central, medical ERPs, DATEV, sage, QuickBooks, etc.), planning software (Anaplan, Planful, LucaNet, Excel, etc.), consolidation (Cognos, IDL, LucaNet), and also visualisation software (PowerBI, SAP Business Objects, Tableau).

Modelling: model building is a special skill, that requires a combination of business and technical skills; finding key business drivers, using best practises to build models and visualising outputs. We have built simple models for specific decisions (investment decision, NPV or DCF models, pricing scenarios, etc.) and also aggregated models, including full financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow).

Visualisation: we follow International Business Communication Standards (IBCS) as a proven way to communicate clearly and insightfully, however, we adapt to the given business problem and to your company’s practices.
